Senior communication support
Sue provides senior-level communication support for organisations that need experienced hands-on help across reports, stakeholder communication, newsletters, strategic writing projects and ongoing content delivery.

Experience snapshot
Multi-year relationships
Long-term collaborations include the British Council (annual projects for nine consecutive years), Goodman (multiple commissions each year, now into a seventh year) and Wordstruck (five years of ongoing strategic storytelling support).
Media continuity across nine editors
For more than 15 years, Sue contributed 4–6 features per month to the My Career section of The Sydney Morning Herald and The Age. Across nine editors, her work continued uninterrupted - each retaining her and expanding her remit despite the volatile media landscape.
Enduring training and coaching relationships
For 12 years, Sue delivered writing programs for the Australian Writers’ Centre, becoming one of its most trusted trainers. Today, her coaching and workshops lead to ongoing relationships, with organisations returning annually or re-engaging after multi-year gaps when priorities shift.
Embedded external communications partnerships
Amongst her other projects, Sue is currently an ongoing external communications partner for a number of organisations. Examples include year-round engagement support for peak tertiary associations including ACGR, DASSH and ACDS.

"For over a year, Sue has provided the ACGR with ongoing communications support. Not only is she highly experienced, but she is incredibly reliable and easy to work with. It’s great to have a safe pair of hands for everything from newsletters and social posts through to media advice or other communications tasks our association needs."
